<p><b>RESTON, VA. – (December 16, 2009)</b> –BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced the execution of a lease for 25,583 square feet with Tier Technologies, Inc. (Tier) at The Campus at Sunrise, a 254,280 square foot, three building office park located along Sunrise Valley Drive, minutes from the Hunter Mill Road and Wiehle Avenue exits of the Dulles Toll Road in Reston, Virginia. Tier will occupy the entire third floor of 11130 Sunrise Valley Drive, a three-story 67,353 square foot office building.</p> <p>“We are pleased to welcome Tier Technologies to The Campus at Sunrise,” commented Brian Fitzgerald, vice president of BPG who along with Keith Knight, asset manager, negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the landlord. “We believe Tier’s choice to relocate their headquarters to 11130 Sunrise Valley Drive is reflective of the quality of the office space and the on-site amenities and services available to tenants at the Campus.”</p> <p>Tier is a leading provider of electronic payment solutions in the biller direct market. The landlord was represented by Mike Pepper, Jeff Roman and John DiCamillo of CB Richard Ellis, the exclusive leasing agents for the park.</p> <p>The Campus at Sunrise consists of 11180 Sunrise Valley Drive, 11190 Sunrise Valley Drive and 11130 Sunrise Valley Drive. 11180 Sunrise Valley Drive is a four-story, 78,648 square foot office building, providing prominent Dulles Toll Road visibility and signage opportunities. Situated adjacent to 11800 Sunrise Valley Drive is 11190 Sunrise Valley Drive, a three-story, 108,157 square foot office building.
