(BPG), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today that it has promoted Matthew Latimer to Vice President in the firm’s Chicago Regional Office. </p> <p>“We are pleased to promote Matthew to Vice President,” stated Joseph I. Neverauskas, senior vice president of BPG in charge of the Chicago and Los Angeles Regional Offices. “Since joining BPG, Matt has become an important member of our team. During the last five years, Matt has been highly involved in acquisitions, asset management and special projects.”</p> <p>Mr. Latimer is a Chicago area native who joined BPG as an Associate in December of 2006. He Holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate from Roosevelt University’s Chicago School of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics from the University of Notre Dame.</p> <p>Before joining BPG, Matt worked as an investment broker at Rockwood Realty and Jones Lang LaSalle specializing in office and retail properties for seven years.
