(Equus), formerly BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today the sale of Highview at Providence Corporate Center, a two building Class A office center, located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.&#160; The 183,363 square foot office center is located immediately off the interchange of Route 422 and 29 with easy access to recently developed Providence Town Centre.<br /><br />Jim Vesey and Doug Rodio of Jones Lang LaSalle of Philadelphia represented the seller in the transaction.<br /><br />An affiliate of Equus developed the two buildings in 2003 as part of a build-to-suit lease transaction for 100% of the space with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.&#160; The buildings were vacated by Wyeth in August 2010 after the company was acquired by Pfizer.&#160; In October 2010, IMS Healthcare back-filled 87 percent of<br />the former Pfizer space by signing a long term lease at the complex.<br /><br />Highview I is a three-story, 78,564 square foot office building and Highview II is a four-story, 104,799 square foot office building.
