BPG ANNOUNCES 12,192 SF LEASE WITH TMP WORLDWIDE AT 7000 CENTRAL PARK IN ATLANTA, GA

<p><b>ATLANTA, GA. - (April 20, 2011) –</b> BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the national’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today that TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC executed a lease for 12,192 square feet at 7000 Central Park, a 415,324 square foot Class A office building in Atlanta, Georgia.
