BPG PROPERTIES, LTD. ANNOUNCES LEASES TOTALING 47,000 SF AT 1000 CONTINENTAL IN KING OF PRUSSIA, PA

<p><b>Philadelphia, PA. – (September 18, 2008) – </b>BPG Properties, Ltd (BPG), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers announced the execution of leases totaling 47,000 square feet with The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (The Hartford), The Hartford’s Specialty Risk Services (SRS) subsidiary, and Worldwide Clinical Trials (Worldwide Clinical) at 1000 Continental. Developed by BPG, 1000 Continental is a 200,000 square foot office building located at the highly traveled intersection of Routes 202, 422 and the Interstate 76 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The Hartford and SRS will lease the entire third floor of the building while Worldwide Clinical will occupy a portion of the second floor. The building totals 200,000 square feet in six stories and features an exterior of polished granite accents and a distinctive curved glass exterior on the north elevation.
