<p><b>PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – (November 5, 2009) –</b>BPG Properties, Ltd. and Aegis Property Group announced the execution of a 17,650 square foot lease with Sills Cummins & Gross recently at 650 College Road East, a four-story Class A office building situated within Princeton Forrestal Center. The Forrestal Center is a six million square foot master planned office and research park located just off of Route 1, several miles north of Princeton, New Jersey. </p> <p> “The transaction with Sills Cummis & Gross, one of the top law firms in the region, provides us the opportunity to retain a high quality tenant and maintain the diverse tenant mix within the building,” commented Robert Beach, asset manager of BPG Properties who along with James Kinzig, president of Aegis Property Group, was responsible for overseeing negotiations on behalf of the landlord. </p> <p> Sills Cummis & Gross is a full service corporate law firm founded in 1971.
