We are also in the process of applying for the Energy Star designation on behalf of 7701 Forsyth where we have recently completed similar energy improvements.”

BPG acquired Pierre Laclede in the third quarter of 2006 on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VII, L.P., a fully discretionary private equity fund with total equity commitments of $550 million. To date, BPG has completed more than $5 million in capital improvements to refresh the exterior, update lobbies and common areas and renovate fitness and conference facilities.
