(Equus), formerly BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today the sale of Totten Pond Office Park, a three building office park in Waltham, for $47,000,000. The 297,603 square foot office park is located immediately off of Route 128 (Interstate 95) within minutes of the Mass Pike interchange. At the time of the sale, the office park was 83% leased.<br /></p> <p>Totten Pond Office Park is home to national, regional and local companies including Lewtan Technologies, Inc. and Mass Electric Construction and is the headquarters location for Milestones.<br /></p> <p>Rob Griffin, Edward Maher and Matt Pullen of Cushman &amp; Wakefield of New England represented the seller in the transaction.<br /></p> <p>An affiliate of Equus acquired the park in August 2006 on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VII, L.P., a $550 million private equity fund.<br /><br />Totten Pond Office Park consists of 400 and 410 Totten Pond Road, two four-story office buildings totaling 155,000 square feet as well as&#160; 460 Totten Pond Road, a seven-story, 142,944 square foot office building. The park is within walking distance of six hotels and a full service restaurant.
