<p><b>INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – (June 4, 2009) </b>– BPG Properties, Ltd. (BPG), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced that Yellow Pages Group, LLC (Yellow Pages) has executed a long-term lease for 21,054 square feet of office space at 9200 Keystone Drive, an eight story, 146,000 square foot office building in BPG’s Keystone at the Crossing, a 1.2 million square foot office park located northeast of downtown Indianapolis at the intersection of Interstate 465 and Keystone Avenue. Yellow Pages is relocating its operations from the northwest side of Indianapolis.</p> <p>“We are pleased that Yellow Pages chose to relocate its operations to Keystone at the Crossing,” commented Timothy Scannell, Vice President of BPG. “We believe their decision is recognition of our efforts to insure that Keystone at the Crossing is Indianapolis’ premier office park.”</p> <p>Yellow Pages Group, LLC is Canada’s leading local commercial search provider and largest directory publisher and has been an industry leader since it published its first directory in 1908. The tenant was represented by Jon Bishop of Devencore Company, Ltd and Brian Askins of UGL Equis. The landlord was represented by John Robinson, executive vice president in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Indianapolis office and the exclusive leasing agent for Keystone at the Crossing.</p> <p>BPG acquired Keystone at the Crossing in the fourth quarter of 2005 on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VII, L.P., a fully discretionary private equity fund with total equity commitments of $550 million.
