EQUUS ANNOUNCES SALE OF 121 GREENTREE ROAD IN OAKS, PA FOR $7,350,000

(Equus), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today the sale of 121 Greentree, a 57,600 square foot warehouse/flex building located in Oaks, Pennsylvania for $7,350,000 to TMC.&#160; The building is 100 percent occupied by Cosentino and RemediSeniorcare on long-term leases.</p> <p class="p1">Dave Dolan and Mike Margolis of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller in the disposition.</p> <p class="p1">Located off of Egypt Road, 121 Greentree enjoys easy access to the Oaks/Audubon exit of Route 422 and is within 8 miles of I-76, Route 202 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
