BPG ANNOUNCES 15,000 SF LEASE WITH XANITOS, INC. AT ELLIS PRESERVE IN NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

<p><b>PHILADELPHIA, PA. – (June 28, 2011) – </b>BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity fund managers, announced today that Xanitos, Inc. has executed a lease for approximately 15,000 square feet at 3809 West Chester Pike, a 68,000 square foot office building located in BPG’s Ellis Preserve, a 210-acre master planned corporate campus situated at the intersection of Routes 252 and 3 in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. </p> <p>“We are pleased to welcome Xanitos, Inc. to Ellis Preserve,” commented Stephen M. John Perkins of Jones Lang LaSalle, the exclusive leasing agent for Ellis Preserve, represented the landlord in the negotiations. </p> <p>3809 West Chester Pike is a two-story, 68,000 square foot office building that offers full height glass throughout for unobstructed views and abundant natural light. A new building entrance and lobby renovation will be completed by the fourth quarter 2011. There is approximately 45,000 square feet available in the building.</p> <p>Ellis Preserve offers numerous on-site amenities including Ellis Athletic Center, a full service, professionally operated fitness, a full service deli with outdoor seating, on-site management and maintenance and a conference center with 250 seat auditorium.
