<p><b>INDIANAPOLIS, IN – (April 8, 2011) – </b>BPG Properties, Ltd. (BPG), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today the completion of first quarter 2011 leasing totaling 71,432 square feet at Keystone at the Crossing, a 1,000,000 square foot complex consisting of five office buildings and one retail building located at the intersection of Interstate 465 and Keystone Avenue, northeast of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. 12 leases were executed during the quarter with five of those, totaling 41,962 square feet, representing new leases. </p> <p> “We are pleased with the continued leasing momentum at Keystone at the Crossings,” commented Brant Glomb, vice president of BPG who is responsible for overseeing the asset management of the property. “Our leasing success in 2011 has continued the pace set in 2010 when we completed 29 transactions totaling 230, 599 square feet.” </p> <p>The transactions ranged in size and consisted of new, renewal and expansion leases. Expansions and new leases comprised over 50 percent of the leasing volume. New lease transactions included 25,201 square feet with Southern Wine & Spirits of Indiana, Inc., 5,676 square feet with Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company, 4,621 square feet with Total Quality Logistics, LLC, 3,448 square feet with American Equity Mortgage, Inc., and 3,016 square feet with Goldstein Group Financial Advisors, LLC. </p> <p>Renewals and expansions included Live Nation Worldwide for 7,941 square feet, The Meditation Group, LLC for 7,277 square feet, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. for 6,908 square feet, American Society for Clinical Pathology for 3,178 square feet, Holland & Holland for 1,255 square feet, The Honorable Dan Burton for 1,789 square feet and Circle City Rentals, LLC for 1,122 square feet. </p> <p>The landlord was represented in the lease negotiations by John Robinson and Abby Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Indianapolis office, the exclusive leasing agent for the property. </p> <p> “Keystone at the Crossing has continually attracted and retained high-profile companies looking for top-of-the-line space in Indianapolis’ most vibrant mixed-use area,” said John Robinson, executive vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle. “In addition to amenities such as a 4,000-square-foot fitness facility and conference center, the park provides its tenants with easy access to I-465, unmatched retail and dining options, and three major hotels in walking distance all within a cost-effective lease structure.” </p> <p>Keystone at the Crossing is Indianapolis’ only fully integrated office, retail and residential development.
